Finally made it here for dinner after hearing so much about this place. And I must say their good reputation is well justified. Food here is tasty with decent-sized portion, and service is top notch. Will definitely be back for more!

Not sure if it’s just my bad luck or what but this restaurant used to be our favourite but our last 3 orders were very disappointing. Last month ordered takeaway, a half Hainan chicken and received 1/4 and random off cuts, thought maybe started to run out of chicken cos they always super busy so no worries. Two weeks later ordered takeaway, roast duck with oil rice and didn’t get any veggies, just duck and rice. Phoned to inquire and was told out of veggies. Would have appreciated to have been told this before ordering. Ho fun also had very little veggies and sauce was more watery than usual. Tonight ordered takeaway, special fried rice and was told before ordering, which was good , ran out of char siew. That’s fine cos said had chicken and shrimp instead. Well the amount of chicken and shrimp was minuscule. Plus there were a few chicken bones in there as well. They also seem to always run out of items at dinner time, even when I phone to order at 5pm, especially the fish head Mei fun. I’m now very hesitant at returning to this restaurant again due to these incidents. Not sure whether I’ll be getting what I actually ordered from now on.

A small restaurant with limited tables and seatings, always busy but they do take bookings (recommended). Seatings are very crowded and limited spaces between tables. Food doesn’t usually take long to be served and is tasty. Service is ok, although could be better. Sometimes booking or time change gets missed which gets really frustrating having to wait around still. Despite the above, we still always enjoy meals here.

This is a rather small restaurant and is always packed with Asian diners. They offer Chinese and Malaysian cuisines. Some of their famous dishes are salt and pepper squid, char kuay teow, chicken rice, hor fun, combination 3 meat rice and rochore noodle.
